Match Group Q2 Revenue Falls 1% To $853 Million

Match Group (MTCH) reported second-quarter revenue of $853 million, down 1% year over year, for the period ended June 30, 2026. Net income rose 36% to $171 million, with a net income margin of 20%.

The company said Tinder user engagement trends improved, while Hinge revenue grew 22% year over year. Match Group also issued third-quarter revenue guidance of $885 million to $895 million and declared a $0.20 per-share cash dividend.

  • Total revenue was $853 million, down 1% year over year and down 2% on a foreign-exchange-neutral basis.
  • Net income attributable to Match Group shareholders was $170.5 million, compared with $125.5 million a year earlier.
