Sinovac Biotech Ltd is a fully integrated China-based biopharmaceutical company focused on the research, development, manufacturing and commercialization of vaccines for the prevention of human infectious diseases, including certain diseases with unmet medical needs. It has developed a comprehensive vaccine portfolio covering hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hand, foot and mouth disease ("HFMD") caused by enterovirus 71 ("EV71"), seasonal and pandemic influenza, COVID-19, pneumococcal disease, poliomyelitis, mumps, varicella, rabies and tetanus. The Company operates exclusively in the research, development, manufacture, and commercialization of vaccines sector. The Company's business is considered as operating in one segment. It has presence in Chinese Mainland, and Outside Chinese Mainland.
