Risk Factors Dashboard
Once a year, publicly traded companies issue a comprehensive report of their business, called a 10-K. A component mandated in the 10-K is the ‘Risk Factors’ section, where companies disclose any major potential risks that they may face. This dashboard highlights all major changes and additions in new 10K reports, allowing investors to quickly identify new potential risks and opportunities.

The Company does not have formal processes for identifying cybersecurity risks associated with third-party service providers. A successful attack on the Company could result in a delay in required filings with the SEC and in financial losses from attacks on bank accounts. The board of directors relies on the Company’s president to identify material risks and to implement reasonable defenses. The president informs the board about such risks. The president receives direct and immediate notification of cybersecurity incidents and personally monitors the prevention, detection, mitigation, and remediation of cybersecurity incidents. The president does not have formal training in cybersecurity. .
