Wabash Q2 revenue falls 9% to $417.2 million

Wabash (WNC) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $417.2 million, down 9.1% from the same quarter a year earlier. The company posted a GAAP operating loss of $25 million and GAAP diluted loss per share of $0.56.

Backlog totaled approximately $956 million at June 30, 2026, up $119 million from the prior quarter. For the third quarter of 2026, Wabash guided revenue to a range of $440 million to $460 million and non-GAAP adjusted EPS to a range of negative $0.50 to negative $0.40.

  • Second-quarter net sales were $417.2 million.
  • GAAP diluted earnings per share was negative $0.56.
  • Transportation Solutions net sales were $354.7 million, down 11.4% year over year.
  • Parts & Services net sales were $63.4 million, up 6.1% year over year.
  • Total backlog was approximately $956 million at quarter-end.
  • Wabash shipped 8,292 new trailers and 1,380 new truck bodies in the quarter.
