Stitch Fix Q4 Revenue Rises 4.2% to $324.4 Million

Stitch Fix (NASDAQ: SFIX) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net revenue of $324.4 million, up 4.2% from a year earlier, while net loss narrowed to $2.1 million, or $0.02 per diluted share.

For fiscal 2026, net revenue rose 6.4% to $1.348 billion. The company forecast fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.310 billion to $1.360 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $27 million to $42 million.

  • Fourth-quarter gross margin was 43.6%, flat year over year.
  • Active clients totaled 2.277 million, down 1.4% year over year.
  • Fiscal 2026 net loss was $12.6 million, compared with a $28.7 million net loss in fiscal 2025.
  • Cash, cash equivalents and investments totaled $220.9 million, with no debt.
  • First-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue is forecast at $323 million to $328 million.
