The Mosaic Company (MOS) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.8 billion, an operating loss of $36 million and a net loss of $273 million. Diluted loss per share was $0.86, while adjusted EBITDA was $407 million and adjusted EPS was $0.13.

- Potash net sales fell to $650 million from $711 million, while operating earnings rose to $195 million from $194 million.
- Phosphate net sales rose to $1.25 billion from $1.17 billion, and the segment reported an operating loss of $104 million.
- Mosaic settled third-quarter sulfur contracts with U.S. Gulf Coast refiners at $705 per long ton.
