Kimco Realty (KIM-PN) reported second-quarter 2026 net income available to common shareholders of $145.8 million, or $0.22 per diluted share, compared with $155.4 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, a year earlier. Total revenues were $550.8 million, up from $525.2 million in the prior-year quarter.
The company raised its 2026 outlook for net income and FFO per diluted share. It also increased its quarterly common dividend by 12.0% to $0.28 per share and reported all-time high portfolio occupancy of 96.4%.
