Huntsman Q2 revenue rises to $1.66 billion as net loss narrows

Huntsman Corporation (HUN) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.663 billion, up from $1.458 billion in the prior-year period. Net loss attributable to Huntsman was $6 million, versus a $158 million net loss a year earlier, and diluted loss per share was $0.03.

The company reported adjusted EBITDA of $120 million and said free cash flow was a use of cash of $90 million. Huntsman also said its planned all-stock merger of equals with Olin Corporation is progressing, with a stockholder vote scheduled for Aug. 25, 2026.

  • Second-quarter revenue rose 14% year over year to $1.663 billion.
  • Net cash used in operating activities from continuing operations was $60 million.
  • Polyurethanes segment revenue rose 16% to $1.079 billion.
  • Performance Products revenue rose 5% to $283 million, while Advanced Materials revenue rose 19% to $313 million.
  • Huntsman said it had about $0.9 billion of combined cash and unused borrowing capacity as of June 30, 2026.
