Henry Schein Q2 revenue rises 6.7% to $3.5 billion

Henry Schein (HSIC) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $3.5 billion, up 6.7% from the prior-year quarter. GAAP net income attributable to Henry Schein was $94 million, or $0.82 per diluted share, compared with $86 million, or $0.70 per diluted share, in Q2 2025.

The company raised its 2026 guidance, including non-GAAP diluted EPS of $5.29 to $5.39, total sales growth of 4.5% to 5.5%, and Adjusted EBITDA growth in the mid- to high-single digits.

  • Second-quarter 2026 total net sales were $3.458 billion, compared with $3.240 billion a year earlier.
  • GAAP basic EPS was $0.83, and GAAP diluted EPS was $0.82.
  • Global Distribution and Value-Added Services sales increased 6.6% from Q2 2025.
  • Global Specialty Products sales rose 8.7%, while Global Technology sales increased 8.2%.
  • The company repurchased about 2.6 million shares during the quarter for $200 million.
