Gartner Q2 Revenue Falls To $1.68 Billion As Net Income Rises

Gartner (IT) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.6759 billion, down 0.6% from a year earlier, and net income of $275.5 million, up from $240.8 million. Diluted earnings per share were $4.14, compared with $3.11 a year earlier.

The company said contract value was $5.3 billion on an FX-neutral basis, up 0.3% sequentially and 1.7% year over year. Gartner repurchased 3.6 million common shares for $547 million during the quarter and said its board increased the share repurchase authorization by $500 million in July 2026.
