DKL Q2 net income falls to $28.9 million as revenue rises

Delek Logistics Partners (DKL) reported second-quarter 2026 net income of $28.9 million, or $0.54 per diluted common limited partner unit, compared with $44.6 million, or $0.83 per diluted common limited partner unit, a year earlier. Net revenues were $384.8 million, up from $246.4 million in the second quarter of 2025.

The company reported adjusted EBITDA of $143.5 million and reiterated 2026 EBITDA guidance of $520 million to $560 million. Delek Logistics also declared a quarterly cash distribution of $1.135 per common limited partner unit, its 54th consecutive quarterly increase.

  • Second-quarter 2026 net cash provided by operating activities was $71.2 million, compared with $107.4 million a year earlier.
  • Adjusted EBITDA rose to $143.5 million from $127.4 million in the second quarter of 2025.
  • Distributable cash flow, as adjusted, was $80.5 million, compared with $72.5 million a year earlier.
  • As of June 30, 2026, total debt was approximately $2.4 billion and cash was $13.7 million.
  • The quarterly distribution is payable Aug. 10, 2026, to unitholders of record as of Aug. 3, 2026.
