Risks Related to Our Financial Condition, Liquidity and IndebtednessOur financial condition, including our substantial indebtedness, raises substantial doubt regarding our ability to continue as a going concern.Since inception, we have not achieved profitable operations or positive cash flows from operations. Our accumulated deficit totaled $668.9 million as of December 31, 2023. During the year ended December 31, 2023, we had a net loss of $61.6 million and negative cash flows from operations of $40.2 million. As of December 31, 2023, we had $13.2 million in cash and cash equivalents and working capital of $12.4 million. As a result of our financial condition, we have determined that, as of the date of this Form 10-K filing, there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern, as we do not currently have adequate financial resources to fund our forecasted operating costs for at least twelve months from the date of the filing of this Form 10-K. The report of our independent registered public accountant on our financial statements as of December 31, 2023 and 2022 and for each of the three years in the period ended December 31, 2023 also includes explanatory language describing the existence of substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
