iBio Reports $33.0 Million Fiscal 2026 Net Loss as Phase 1 Advances

iBio (NASDAQ: IBIO) reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $0.1 million and a net loss of $33.0 million, or $0.32 per basic and diluted share, for the year ended June 30, 2026.

The clinical-stage biotechnology company said it advanced IBIO-600 through the single ascending dose portion of its Phase 1 trial and moved IBIO-610 into IND-enabling studies.

  • Cash, cash equivalents and investments in debt securities totaled approximately $88.0 million as of June 30, 2026.
  • R&D expense was $19.6 million, compared with $8.3 million in fiscal 2025.
  • General and administrative expense was $10.6 million, compared with $10.7 million a year earlier.
  • iBio recorded a $5.0 million impairment of its IBIO-101 indefinite-lived intangible asset.
  • The company said its financings extended its cash runway into fiscal 2028.
