Wolverine Worldwide Q2 Revenue Rises 6.8% to $506.4 Million

Wolverine World Wide (NYSE: WWW) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $506.4 million, up 6.8% from $474.2 million a year earlier. Net earnings attributable to Wolverine World Wide were $31.2 million, while diluted earnings per share rose to $0.37 from $0.32.

The company raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to approximately $1.980 billion to $2.000 billion and projected diluted EPS of $1.48 to $1.58.

  • Active Group revenue increased 9.3% to $388.4 million, while Work Group revenue declined 1.6% to $105.8 million.
  • Merrell revenue grew 11.1% to $175.5 million and Saucony revenue increased 9.9% to $158.6 million.
  • Gross margin was 46.5%, compared with 47.2% in the prior-year quarter.
  • Operating profit totaled $47.3 million, up from $40.7 million, and operating margin increased to 9.3% from 8.6%.
  • Cash and cash equivalents were $159 million, while net debt fell 22.0% to $443 million.
