Vulcan Materials reports second quarter revenue of $2.16 billion

Vulcan Materials (VMC) reported second-quarter 2026 total revenues of $2.1558 billion, up from $2.1024 billion a year earlier. Net earnings attributable to Vulcan were $323.4 million, compared with $320.9 million in the prior-year quarter.

The company said aggregates execution, pricing discipline and cost control supported profitability despite energy inflation and disruptive weather. Vulcan reaffirmed its full-year outlook for Adjusted EBITDA of $2.4 billion to $2.6 billion.
