Vornado Realty Trust (VNO) reported second-quarter 2026 net income attributable to common shareholders of $16.4 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, compared with $743.8 million, or $3.70 per diluted share, a year earlier. The company said the year-over-year decrease in net income was primarily due to an $803.2 million gain related to the 770 Broadway master lease with NYU in the prior-year period.
