Vince Q2 Sales Rise 11.7% to $81.8 Million as Guidance Increases

Vince Holding Corp. (VNCE) reported second-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of $81.8 million, up 11.7% from $73.2 million a year earlier. GAAP net income was $10.6 million, or $0.80 per diluted share, compared with $12.1 million, or $0.93 per diluted share, in the prior-year period.

The company raised its fiscal 2026 outlook for the Vince Business and said it completed the acquisition of October’s Very Own operating business on August 27.

  • Wholesale sales increased 10.4% to $49.4 million, while direct-to-consumer sales rose 13.7% to $32.4 million.
  • Gross profit was $49.8 million, representing 60.9% of sales, including a $10.4 million favorable impact from IEEPA tariff refunds.
  • Income from operations totaled $13.6 million, compared with $11.2 million a year earlier.
  • Fiscal 2026 Vince Business net sales are expected to increase approximately 8% to 10% from the prior year.
  • The company ended the quarter with $12.3 million in borrowings and $63.6 million of excess revolving-credit-facility availability.
