UPS Reports $22.8 Billion in Second Quarter Revenue

UPS (UPS) reported second-quarter 2026 consolidated revenue of $22.8 billion, with GAAP consolidated operating profit of $930 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.71.

The company said GAAP results included after-tax transformation charges of $891 million, or $1.05 per diluted share, primarily tied to employee separation costs from its Driver Choice Program. UPS raised its full-year 2026 consolidated revenue outlook to approximately $91.2 billion.
