The ONE Group Q2 revenue falls to $200.5 million as comparable sales rise

The ONE Group Hospitality (STKS) reported second-quarter 2026 total GAAP revenues of $200.5 million, down 3.3% from $207.4 million a year earlier, due to the impact of permanent and temporary restaurant closures. The company reported GAAP operating income of $6.6 million, up from $0.7 million in the prior-year quarter.

Consolidated comparable sales increased 0.9% in the quarter, with positive transactions across all business segments. The company also introduced third-quarter financial targets and updated full-year 2026 targets.

  • Net loss attributable to The ONE Group Hospitality was $2.1 million for the quarter ended June 28, 2026, compared with a $10.1 million loss a year earlier.
  • Restaurant operating profit rose to 16.4% of owned restaurant net revenue from 15.3%.
  • Year-to-date net cash provided by operating activities improved to $33.0 million from $11.3 million.
  • The company reported $45.8 million in short-term liquidity, including cash, short-term credit card receivables and revolver availability.
  • Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was updated to $805 million to $820 million, with third-quarter revenue guidance of $176 million to $180 million.
