THOR Q4 Sales Fall 8.4% as Net Income Drops 67.5%

THOR Industries (THO) reported fiscal 2026 fourth-quarter net sales of $2.31 billion, down 8.4% from a year earlier. GAAP net income was $41.3 million, compared with $126.6 million in the prior-year quarter, while diluted earnings per share were $0.78 versus $2.36.

For fiscal 2026, THOR posted net sales of $9.61 billion, up 0.3%, and GAAP net income of $174.7 million, down from $256.6 million a year earlier.

  • Fourth-quarter gross profit was $285.6 million, down 23.0%, and gross margin was 12.4%, down from 14.7%.
  • Net income attributable to THOR was $40.8 million in the quarter, down 67.5% year over year.
  • European RV fourth-quarter sales rose 5.0% to $969.2 million, while North American Towable and Motorized RV sales declined 22.7% and 10.4%, respectively.
  • During fiscal 2026, the company reduced debt by $59.7 million and repurchased $115.1 million of shares, including $34.3 million in the fourth quarter.
  • THOR said it will provide fiscal 2027 guidance later in the fall after reviewing industry-event input and cost-savings expectations.
