Sypris Solutions (SYPR) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $30.3 million and a net loss of $3.1 million, or $0.14 per basic and diluted share. Revenue was $31.4 million and the net loss was $2.1 million, or $0.09 per share, in the prior-year quarter.
The company said orders rose 25% sequentially, led by a 54% increase in Sypris Electronics bookings for satellite, deep-space and subsea fiber-optic data network programs.

- Sypris Electronics revenue was $15.5 million, down from $17.3 million, and recorded a gross loss of $0.8 million.
- Second-quarter results included $2.1 million of higher expenses for healthcare, unabsorbed overhead, foreign exchange variances, scrap charges and excess and obsolete inventory accruals.
