Strategy ($MSTR) purchased 4,603 Bitcoin for $369.7 million between Aug. 24 and Aug. 30, according to an SEC filing Monday, while simultaneously using proceeds from common-stock sales to repurchase preferred shares, fund dividends and increase its cash liquidity. The company now holds 845,050 Bitcoin acquired for approximately $63.73 billion.
