SmartRent Q2 Revenue Rises 4 Percent to $39.8 Million

SmartRent (SMRT) reported second-quarter 2026 total revenue of $39.8 million, up 4% from a year earlier. The company posted a net loss of $5.6 million, compared with a net loss of $10.9 million in the prior-year quarter.

SmartRent said gross margin expanded to 40.7%, and it ended the quarter with about $93 million in cash, no debt and an undrawn $75 million credit facility. The board approved an expanded share repurchase plan of up to $25 million on July 24.
