Sherwin-Williams (SHW) reported second-quarter 2026 net sales of $6.79 billion, up 7.5% from a year earlier. Net income rose 11.8% to $843.6 million, and diluted net income per share increased 14.3% to $3.43.
The company raised its full-year 2026 diluted net income per share guidance to $10.92 to $11.32 and adjusted diluted net income per share guidance to $11.80 to $12.20. CEO Heidi G. Petz said sales improved across all three reportable segments, while raw material inflation pressured gross margin.
