Seadrill Q2 revenue rises to $449 million as profit reaches $29 million

Seadrill (SDRL) reported second-quarter 2026 total operating revenues of $449 million, compared with $358 million in the prior quarter. Net income was $29 million, and diluted earnings per share were $0.47.

The offshore drilling company said it secured contract awards and extensions in the U.S. Gulf and Malaysia, added approximately $200 million to contract backlog after its May fleet status report, and raised its full-year 2026 revenue and Adjusted EBITDA guidance ranges.
