SRX Global Inc. (NYSE American: SRXH) reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 net sales of $3.4 million, up 27% year over year. The company posted a net loss of $4.1 million, or $0.36 per basic and diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

SRX Global ended the quarter with $36.7 million in cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash, $65.2 million in current assets and $2.4 million in total liabilities. The company reported net asset value of approximately $62.9 million, or $3.22 per common share.
