Rush Enterprises RUSHB Q2 revenue reaches $1.9 billion

Rush Enterprises (RUSHB) reported second-quarter 2026 revenues of $1.900 billion and net income of $72.8 million, or $0.91 per diluted share. Revenue declined from $1.931 billion a year earlier, while net income was up from $72.4 million.

The company also announced a three-for-two stock split for Class A and Class B common stock, a post-split cash dividend of $0.14 per share, acquisitions in Louisiana and Ontario, and an agreement to form a 50 percent-owned joint venture with MCT Companies.
