RideNow Group, Inc. ($RDNW) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $296.8 million, down 1.03% from a year earlier and below Wall Street’s estimate of $326.1 million. Gross profit rose slightly to $84.8 million, while cost of sales came in at $212 million.

Profitability was mixed. Operating profit slipped to $17.9 million, net income attributable to common shareholders fell to $6.5 million, and diluted earnings per share were $0.16, compared with an estimate of $0.13. The company also posted negative operating cash flow of $100,000 for the quarter.

On the balance sheet, RideNow ended the period with $46.7 million in cash and cash equivalents, while total liabilities rose to $745.2 million. Capital spending totaled $1.5 million during the quarter.
