Reviva Pharmaceuticals Holdings (RVPHW) reported a second-quarter 2026 net loss of $2.4 million, or $0.19 per share, compared with a net loss of $6.1 million, or $2.40 per share, in the prior-year quarter.
The company said it filed a U.S. composition of matter patent application seeking accelerated review for a new form of brilaroxazine designed to extend patent life and commercial exclusivity through 2046.
- Cash and cash equivalents totaled approximately $19.9 million as of June 30, 2026, compared with approximately $14.4 million as of Dec. 31, 2025.
- FDA feedback on use of the new brilaroxazine formulation in the RECOVER-2 trial is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
