RUM Group Signs $13.7 Billion AI Contract, Says It Still Needs Financing to Fulfill Deal

Quiver Data Analyst

RUM Group ($RUM), whose Rumble platform hosts President Donald Trump's Truth Social, signed a six-year GPU services contract worth approximately $13.7 billion with an unnamed U.S. cloud customer, while disclosing that it does not currently have the financing required to fulfill the agreement.

  • The customer will purchase three tranches of GPU services from RUM's developing Maysville, Georgia site; the third tranche depends on customer approval of the proposed delivery date.
  • RUM issued the customer a 10-year warrant for up to 50,808,408 shares at $0.01 each, with half tied to purchases under the initial contract and half requiring additional expansion agreements.
  • The contract contains no financing contingency, meaning RUM's obligations are not conditioned on successfully raising the required capital.
  • RUM expects substantial additional debt and/or equity financing and warned that equity issuance could significantly dilute existing shareholders.
  • Failure to deliver could expose RUM to credits, discounts and potentially significant damages.
