Richmond Mutual Bancorporation (RMBI) reported second-quarter 2026 net income of $2.2 million, or diluted earnings per share of $0.22, compared with net income of $2.8 million, or $0.28 diluted EPS, in the first quarter and $2.6 million, or $0.26 diluted EPS, a year earlier.
The company said net interest income rose to $12.1 million. Results reflected $1.9 million of nonrecurring merger-related expenses tied to its Farmers Bancorp acquisition, which closed July 1, after the reporting period.
