RLJ Lodging Trust (RLJ) reported second-quarter 2026 total revenue of $383.0 million, up 5.5% from a year earlier, and net income of $31.3 million, up 9.4%.
The hotel REIT said comparable RevPAR rose 6.8% to $167.15. The company also increased its full-year 2026 outlook, including comparable RevPAR growth of 3.5% to 4.5% and adjusted FFO per diluted share of $1.37 to $1.50.
