QNB Corp reports $3.0 million second quarter net income

QNB Corp. (QNBC) reported second-quarter 2026 net income of $3.0 million, or $0.60 per diluted share, compared with $3.9 million, or $1.04 per diluted share, in the same period of 2025.

The company said results included three months of post-merger activity from the Victory Bancorp acquisition, which closed April 1, 2026, and merger-related costs net of tax of $2.2 million.

  • Six-month net income was $5.8 million, or $1.32 per diluted share.
  • Total assets were $2.40 billion at June 30, 2026, compared with $1.91 billion at Dec. 31, 2025.
  • Loans receivable increased to $1.72 billion, and total deposits increased to $2.07 billion.
  • Net interest income for the quarter totaled $18.4 million, up $5.7 million from the year-earlier period.
  • Tax-equivalent net interest margin was 3.16% for the second quarter, compared with 2.69% a year earlier.
  • QNB Bank operates fourteen branches in Bucks, Lehigh and Montgomery counties, plus two loan production offices.
