PowerCompute Reports $4.6 Million Q2 Net Loss as Revenue Rises 9.8%

PowerCompute (PWCM) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.1 million, up 9.8% from a year earlier, and a net loss of $4.6 million. Basic and diluted loss per common share were both $5.26.

The company mined 27.9 Bitcoin during the quarter and announced an agreement with Vast.ai to support a proof-of-concept deployment for professional-grade GPUs at its Oklahoma facility.

  • Total revenue was $2,116,584 for the three months ended June 30, 2026.
  • Net loss was $4,565,563, compared with net income of $60,500 in the prior-year quarter.
  • Mining margin was 29.0%, versus 41.0% in the second quarter of 2025.
  • Cash was $853,788 as of June 30, 2026; Bitcoin holdings totaled 318.6 Bitcoin.
  • After quarter-end, PowerCompute refinanced approximately $18 million of debt through a new Arch Lending facility at an approximately 2% APR, compared with 12% on prior loans.
