Planet 13 Q2 revenue falls to $22.9 million

Planet 13 Holdings Inc. (PLNH) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $22.9 million, down 14.9% from $26.9 million a year earlier. The company posted a net loss of $5.6 million, compared with a net loss of $13.3 million in Q2 2025.

Planet 13 said revenue was affected by its exit from California retail and wholesale operations and continued price compression in Nevada and Florida. The company also said it will not host a Q2 conference call due to its pending merger with Vireo Growth Inc.

  • Gross profit was $12.3 million, or 53.9%, compared with $11.7 million, or 43.4%, a year earlier.
  • Total expenses were $15.2 million, down 17.7% from $18.5 million.
  • Adjusted EBITDA loss was $0.5 million, compared with an adjusted EBITDA loss of $2.4 million.
  • Cash and restricted cash totaled $16.5 million, compared with $15.6 million at Dec. 31, 2025.
  • Recent developments included Florida BHO extraction facility approval, an upcoming Sarasota store and the proposed merger with Vireo Growth Inc.
