The hotel REIT said same-property RevPAR rose 6.5%, same-property total revenues increased 4.8%, and same-property hotel EBITDA grew 7.1% to $123.3 million. Pebblebrook also raised its 2026 outlook and scheduled its earnings call for July 30, 2026, with a webcast available through its investor relations site.
