PAGP Pro Forma Revenue Reaches $44.5 Billion for 2025

Plains GP Holdings, L.P. (PAGP) reported unaudited pro forma combined revenue of $44.464 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025, reflecting its acquisition of EPIC Crude Holdings and EPIC Crude Holdings GP.

Pro forma net income attributable to PAGP from continuing operations was $135 million, or $0.68 per Class A share on both a basic and diluted basis.

  • PAGP completed the purchase of a 55% interest in EPIC Crude Holdings on October 31, 2025.
  • The company completed the purchase of the remaining 45% interest on November 1, 2025.
  • PAA now indirectly owns 100% of EPIC Crude Holdings and operates the Cactus III Pipeline.
  • Pro forma operating income totaled $1.518 billion, while income from continuing operations net of tax was $1.231 billion.
  • The pro forma statement assumes the transaction occurred on January 1, 2025 and excludes anticipated synergies, integration costs and cost savings.
