OPAL Fuels Q2 Revenue Rises 4% to $83.4 Million

OPAL Fuels (OPAL) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $83.4 million, up 4% from a year earlier, and a net loss of $4.1 million, compared with net income of $7.6 million in the prior-year period. Adjusted EBITDA was $23.1 million, up 40% year over year.

The company said results reflected 45Z production tax credits, growth in Fuel Station Services and G&A cost savings. OPAL maintained its 2026 guidance and reported liquidity of $162.3 million as of June 30, 2026.

  • Second-quarter total revenue was $83.4 million, compared with $80.5 million a year earlier.
  • Net loss was $4.1 million, versus net income of $7.6 million in the same period last year.
  • Basic and diluted net loss per Class A share was $0.05 for the quarter.
  • RNG produced was 1.3 million MMBtu for the quarter, up 4% from the prior-year period.
  • Fuel Station Services sold, dispensed and serviced 39.0 million GGEs of transportation fuel.
  • RNG Pending Monetization totaled $16.3 million at June 30, 2026.
