OMNIQ Reports $7.4 Million Second-Quarter Revenue and $528,000 Net Loss

OMNIQ Corp. (OTCQB: OMQS) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $7.4 million, compared with $7.8 million a year earlier. The company posted a net loss of $528,000, or $0.03 per share, versus net income of $2.1 million, or $0.19 per share, in the prior-year quarter.

For the first six months of 2026, OMNIQ reported revenue of $15.1 million and a net loss of $2.4 million, or $0.16 per share. The company said the prior-year second quarter included $3.6 million of other income and gain on debt settlement, compared with $1.9 million in the current period.
