Moving iMage Q4 Revenue Falls to $4.55M as Net Loss Reaches $296K

Moving iMage Technologies (MITQ) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 net sales of $4.55 million, down from $5.88 million a year earlier. The company posted a net loss of $296,000, or $0.03 per basic and diluted share, compared with a $156,000 loss, or $0.02 per share, in the prior-year quarter.

For the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, revenue declined 4.6% to $17.32 million while net loss narrowed to $297,000 from $948,000. The company said it expects approximately $4.5 million in first-quarter fiscal 2027 revenue.

  • Q4 gross profit was $1.01 million, compared with $1.20 million in Q4 fiscal 2025.
  • Fiscal 2026 gross profit rose 10% to $5.03 million, and gross margin increased to 29.1% from 25.2%.
  • Fiscal 2026 operating expenses decreased 2.3% to $5.53 million.
  • Cash was $3.19 million at June 30, 2026, and the company reported zero debt.
  • DCS product order backlog stood at approximately $458,000.
