MediaCo Q2 Revenue Rises 9% to $34 Million

MediaCo Holding Inc. (MDIA) reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of $34.0 million, up 9% from $31.2 million a year earlier. The company recorded a net loss of $8.6 million, compared with a $7.4 million net loss in the prior-year quarter.

For the first six months of 2026, MediaCo reported net revenue of $65.4 million, up 10% year over year, and a net loss of $18.0 million. Digital channels generated 47% of advertising revenue during the second quarter.

  • Second-quarter operating loss was $4.9 million, compared with $6.8 million a year earlier.
  • Second-quarter interest expense, net, was $4.0 million.
  • First-half adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, was $1.1 million, versus $2.9 million in the prior year.
  • EstrellaTV reported a 38% year-over-year increase in prime-time P18-49 audience delivery in the second quarter.
