MariMed Q2 2026 Revenue Rises to Record $41.9 Million

MariMed (MRMD) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $41.9 million, up from $39.5 million a year earlier. The cannabis operator posted a GAAP net loss of $3.6 million, compared with a $1.4 million net loss in the prior-year quarter.

The company said the quarter produced the highest quarterly revenue in its history, with sequential gains in both wholesale and retail revenue. Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA was $3.9 million, compared with $4.8 million a year earlier.

  • Wholesale revenue increased 6% sequentially, while retail revenue increased 7% sequentially.

  • MariMed said Betty’s Eddies remained the number one selling edible brand across its core states of Massachusetts, Maryland, Illinois and Delaware.
  • Management scheduled a conference call for August 13, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time.
