Mammoth Energy Q2 revenue rises 110% to $26.1 million

Mammoth Energy Services (TUSK) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $26.1 million, up 110% from $12.4 million in the prior-year quarter. The company reported a net loss from continuing operations of $1.2 million, or $0.02 per diluted share, and Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations of $2.6 million.

Mammoth said it completed the acquisitions of Mission Construction and BERE Rentals, expanding its fiber infrastructure capabilities, and raised its full-year 2026 outlook for the second time this year.

  • Natural sand proppant services revenue was $8.0 million.
  • The company expects full-year 2026 revenue growth to exceed 90% and Adjusted EBITDA margin to exceed 10%.
  • As of June 30, 2026, Mammoth had $77.0 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities.
