Lite Strategy Buys Back 13% of Shares Since December

Lite Strategy (LITS) said it has repurchased approximately 4.9 million shares since commencing its share repurchase program in December 2025 through July 17, 2026, equal to 13% of shares outstanding when the program began.

The company said it deployed approximately $5.4 million at an average price of $1.11 per share and funded the repurchases entirely through treasury operations, with no debt incurred.

  • Lite Strategy held 819,070 LTC against 31,882,648 shares outstanding as of July 17, 2026.
  • The company said its NAV discount narrowed to below 25% during the program after reaching the low 40% range.
  • Funding came from Litecoin sales and covered call premiums, according to the release.
  • Lite Strategy ended fiscal 2026 with cash of $5.7 million and total liabilities of $1.1 million.
  • The company said fourth-quarter and full-year results for the period ended June 30, 2026 have not yet been finalized or audited.
