Lite Strategy (LITS) said it has repurchased approximately 4.9 million shares since commencing its share repurchase program in December 2025 through July 17, 2026, equal to 13% of shares outstanding when the program began.
The company said it deployed approximately $5.4 million at an average price of $1.11 per share and funded the repurchases entirely through treasury operations, with no debt incurred.
