Lakeland Financial Q2 Net Income Rises 5 Percent to $28.4 Million

Lakeland Financial Corporation (LKFN), parent company of Lake City Bank, reported record second quarter net income of $28.4 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, up 5% from $27.0 million a year earlier. Diluted earnings per share rose to $1.13 from $1.04.

Total revenue was $70.9 million, up 7% from $66.4 million in the prior-year quarter. The company also reported first-half net income of $54.9 million, up 17%, and diluted EPS of $2.17, up 19%.
