LXP Industrial Trust (LXP) reported second-quarter 2026 total gross revenues of $88.1 million, compared with $87.7 million a year earlier. Net loss attributable to common shareholders was $1.6 million, or $0.03 per diluted share, compared with net income of $27.5 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, in the year-ago quarter.
The company also said it entered a merger agreement with affiliates of Brookfield Asset Management and CPP Investments under which the buyer would acquire all outstanding LXP shares for $61.20 per share in cash in a transaction valued at about $5.2 billion, including net debt and preferred equity.
