Kilroy Realty Corporation (KRC) reported second-quarter revenue of $272.4 million for the period ended June 30, 2026, compared with $289.9 million a year earlier. Net income available to common stockholders was $19.9 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, compared with $68.4 million, or $0.57 per diluted share, in the prior-year quarter.
The company said it signed about 376,000 square feet of leases during the quarter and completed previously announced residential dispositions for gross proceeds of $202.0 million. Kilroy also affirmed full-year 2026 Nareit-defined FFO guidance of $3.49 to $3.63 per diluted share.
