KLX Energy Services Q2 revenue rises to $167.3 million

KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc. (KLXE) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $167.3 million, up 15.6% from $144.7 million in the first quarter. The company posted a net loss of $8.4 million, compared with a net loss of $24.0 million in the prior quarter, and diluted loss per share was $0.41.

Adjusted EBITDA was $18.7 million, up from $11.1 million in the first quarter. KLX said it closed the Wolf Pack Rentals acquisition on June 2 and recorded a $6.5 million bargain purchase gain.
