Jade Biosciences reports $55.8 million Q2 net loss

Jade Biosciences (JBIO) reported second-quarter 2026 financial results and a corporate update, including a net loss of $55.8 million for the quarter ended June 30, compared with $32.1 million a year earlier. The company had cash, cash equivalents and investments of $461.2 million as of June 30, 2026, and said its expected runway extends into the fourth quarter of 2028.

The clinical-stage biotechnology company said Phase 2 testing of JADE101 in IgA nephropathy is underway, with interim data expected in 2027, and a Phase 3 registrational trial is expected to begin in the first half of 2027. Jade also began dosing participants with rheumatoid arthritis in a Phase 1 trial of JADE201 and unveiled JADE301 for dermatomyositis.
