Incyte Revenue Rises 38 Percent to $1.67 Billion in Q2

Incyte (INCY) reported second-quarter 2026 total revenue of $1.67 billion, up 38% from the prior-year period, and total net sales of $1.49 billion, up 40%. GAAP net income was $585.6 million, with GAAP diluted EPS of $2.81.

The company raised its 2026 full-year guidance for total net sales and operating expenses, citing the CMS agreement related to Opzelura and growth in Hematology and Oncology products. Incyte said it expects ten clinical data readouts in the second half of 2026.

  • Total GAAP revenues were $1.674 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
  • Total net sales rose 40% to $1.49 billion.
  • Jakafi and Jakafi XR net sales were $817 million, up 7% year over year.
  • Opzelura net sales were $450 million, up 173%, including a $246 million one-time, non-cash benefit tied to the CMS settlement.
  • Hematology and Oncology portfolio net sales were $222 million, up 69%.
  • Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled $4.5 billion as of June 30, 2026.
  • Incyte raised full-year 2026 total net sales guidance to $5.13 billion to $5.26 billion.
